For the chicken
  • 8-10 pieces frozen fried chicken, prepared according to packaging
For the glaze
  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 1½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Clover Valley® black pepper
  • Clover Valley® Kosher salt
  • ¾ cup Clover Valley® Salted Butter, melted
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Pour warm, melted butter over the top and whisk to combine.
Toss with hot chicken and serve.
