Prep: 15 minutes | Total: 15 minutes, plus cooking time

For the Pancakes
  • Clover Valley® Buttermilk Complete pancake mix (for 8 pancakes, mixed according to box instructions)
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Clover Valley® Salted Butter
  • ½ cup peanut butter chips
For the syrup
  • ½ cup grape jelly
  • ½ Clover Valley® Original pancake syrup or maple syrup
In a large bowl, make the pancake mix according to package directions.
Stir in the cinnamon sugar.
On a griddle or in a large pan on medium high heat, add the butter and move around to coat the cooking surface.
Pour out six pancakes (do this in batches, if needed) and once the bubbles begin to form on top, sprinkle the peanut butter chips evenly.
Cook a minute more and flip, cooking a minute or two on the other side.
Keep pancakes warm while you make the sauce.
For the sauce:
In a microwave safe mug or liquid measure, add the jelly and syrup. Microwave about 30 seconds to 1 minute, to loosen the jelly.
Stir and serve over pancakes.

Serves 2-4
