Simply Sautéed Cranberry Orange Spiced Green Beans

  • 3 Tbsp. Country Crock®
  • 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
  • 1 large shallot, chopped (or 1 small onion, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste, if desired
Melt Country Crock® in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook green beans and shallot, stirring frequently, until crisp and tender, about 8 minutes.
Stir in orange juice, cranberries and cinnamon and cook 1 minute. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon vegetables into serving bowl and, if desired, sprinkle with toasted almonds.
