Broccoli and Cranberry Salad

  • 5 cups broccoli florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup Clover Valley® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon pieces
  • 1 cup sunflower kernels
  • 3/4 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup Clover Valley® Salad Dressing or Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Clover Valley® Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Clover Valley® Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Clover Valley® Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Clover Valley® Pepper
Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Combine dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined using a fork or wire whisk. Add dressing to salad and mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Makes eight to 10 servings.
